Some places to consciously slow yourself down:

-in the shower

-brushing your teeth

-dressing

-preparing food

-eating food

-driving

-driving (needed to be said twice)

-household jobs

-working

-playing

-creating

-talking

-listening

-shopping

-anywhere

-anytime

Peace is possible.
